At OT’s hair we strive to provide our customers with high-quality hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our exchange policy below:
Eligibility for
Exchange:
Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receipt. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange. To be eligible for exchange your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Hair that has been used, or altered cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Process for exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +1 (346) 764-5228 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue. After approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the product.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
No exchange on hair that have been used, or altered, or promotional items are also non-refundable.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for exchange items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective hair
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with images of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
